Another year and yet another successful Sledge Hockey camp! We ran our fourth annual Skate to Physical literacy Sledge hockey camp to roaring success! With 23 athletes being involved in developing their skills, fostering friendships, and growing as a group throughout the week. We had a great group of athletes ranging in ages and experience, with some athletes trying Sledge Hockey for the first time at this camp! This year we timed the novice and novice plus skaters from goal line to blue line on Monday and Friday to see if there was a change in their overall speed. Henry achieved the fastest time on Friday, while Max went from being a pusher to skating without any support! Great work everyone we can't wait to see you all this season!! A huge thank you goes out to all the parents for bringing their athletes to this camp, and allowing them to take some time away from everything that is going on right now. Another huge thank you goes out to the wonderful staff for helping make this camp a continued success!

On Saturday July 18th myself, Evan, Teo and family supporters headed out to Winkler golf course for a 9 hole match. This will be the first time athletes from our programs get together for a golf match. We are hoping to get 1 more game in before the end of the summer; If you are interested in joining our little golf group for the next match just shoot me a note. Open to all abilities; The goal is to have fun; play another sport and get together periodically throughout the summer to stay connected. Pictures from the match will be posted next week. Until next time FORRRRRRRE
