Game Summary:   Feb 22nd game MTS Centre:


It is about time Moose.  The Moose finally beat the Squids with an inspiring 3-2 performance b y the whole team.  It was a hard fought battle with the Moose fighting back each period to eventually win the game on a Muloin shot/deflection late in the third.  Grizzled veteran Jake S returned to the Moose lineup to give the Moose a much needed shot in the arm and his spirited play assisted the Moose to victory.  Muloin playing an aggressive defensive role scored twice and assisted on another.  Muloin was over heard saying after the game that Gilmour is in his sights and the scoring race is not over so he better sharpen his skates.  Two games remain before the traveling team begins preparing for the tournament in Edmonton.






Dauphin: the trip to Dauphin was great.  Sledge Hockey Manitoba is very thankful for the commitment and effort the junior and senior players offered to ensure Sledge Hockey was well represented.  The junior players had a great time beating the RCMP and Andrew scored 2 goals.  All the senior players attempted to assist Logan get the ever elusive goal but it did not happen.  Maybe next time.  


There were over 100 people in attendance and there was a constant flow of eager people wanting to try the sport.   These workshops are really important in spreading the sport throughout Manitoba.
