Sledge Hockey Workshops
Sledge Hockey Manitoba is very proactive in providing sledge hockey experiences for organizations, schools or community groups. Our sport will supply up to 14 sleds with accompanying sticks, and pucks. Sledge Hockey is a great sport to teach disability awareness, provides excellent core strengthening, teaches team work and most importantly is fun.
To date we have provided workshops for Portage La Prairie, Dakota High School Hockey Team, Kelvin High School Hockey Team, Glenlawn High School adaptive program and Safeway Management.
Sledge Hockey Manitoba will send out at least 2 on ice trainers that will provide instructions on how to learn basic sledge hockey skills.
All you have to do is book the ice and we will come.
